when tying your shoelaces place one foot in front of the other
when wishing for wet feet pour water inside your boots,
when a pause is needed put your head inside a stone

Sunna Svavarsdóttir [born in 1992, Iceland] focuses on experiences of subtle moments that in her opinion are often taken for granted. She invites the audience to step in and take part in her installations often through touch and smell. Most of her works are best felt with closed eyes.
Lately she has been exploring kinesthetic experiences triggered by weight. She graduated from ArtScience Interfaculty Royal Academy of Art & Royal Conservatory, The Hague, in 2019.
